Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. pecans
3 large apples
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and cooking oil well together.
Add apples and nuts; mix well, then add flour and flavor.
Put into well greased tube pan.
Put in cold oven.
Turn on to 325\u00b0.
Bake 1 1/2 hours.
