Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
tortillas
onions, chopped
grated cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans water
1 can chopped chili peppers
Preparation

Fry the hamburger meat; drain.
Slop tortillas through grease. Chop onions; grate cheese.
Bring to a boil the soup and water. Add the chili peppers to soup.
Fill tortillas with meat, cheese and onions.
Roll and place in pan.
Top tortillas with remaining meat, cheese and onions.
Pour soup over tortillas.
Bake in moderate (approximately 350\u00b0) oven until soup bubbles, approximately 20 minutes.
