Lemon Pie(For 9-Inch Pie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs, separated
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Mix 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and salt well. Grate rind of lemon into dry ingredients.
Add juice of lemon and egg yolks and mix well.
Add a few drops water, if necessary. Boil water and add lemon mixture.
Boil 2 or 3 minutes.
Add butter.
