Sweet And Sour Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can green beans
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
    Add chopped onion to bacon fat and cook until soft.
    Add brown sugar and vinegar; mix well.
    Add drained beans and heat a few minutes. Crumble the bacon and sprinkle over beans before serving.
    Serves 4.
