Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Rinse sauerkraut and drain well.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix well and let stand overnight.
    Serve chilled.
