Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

5 to 6 small apples, sliced thin
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1/3 c. orange juice
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
Layer in Bundt pan (coated with Pam) 2 layers of apples and 2 layers of batter (alternate 1 apple layer, 1 batter layer).
The top layer should be apples.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
