Easy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    4 to 5 carrots, cut up
    4 to 5 potatoes, cut up
    1 large onion
    4 to 5 stalks celery, cut up
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    12 oz. can V-8 juice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into casserole or roasting pan and cover. Bake in 250\u00b0 oven, for 4 hours.
    Stir several times during baking. Do not brown meat.
    During cooking, this will turn to a dark brown gravy.
