Tuna Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 can white tuna, drained
1 small onion, grated
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix everything except 1/2 of the parsley. Shape into a ball and roll in remaining 1/2 of parsley. Serve with a variety of crackers.
