Ozark Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 level tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Dredge a 9-inch pie plate with margarine and flour.
    Beat egg. Add the sugar; continue beating until thoroughly blended.
    Add the flour, sifted, with the baking powder.
    Add apples and nuts. Pour into pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
