Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown butter in a heavy skillet, this should be golden brown for good flavor.
    Beat egg yolks in a bowl.
    Add milk, brown sugar, salt and flour.
    Mix well.
    Add to browned butter in skillet.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Cool and add vanilla.
    Pour into baked pie shell and cover with meringue.
