Chuck Wagon Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add egg and 3/4 cup barbecue sauce. Shape into patties.
    Place in oblong pan.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Pour other 3/4 cup barbecue sauce on patties during last 15 minutes of cooking.
