Apple Crisp(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
    2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
    1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
    1 pkg. vanilla flavored low calorie milk beverage (i.e., Alba 77)
    3/4 oz. dry cereal (i.e., oatmeal or Grape-Nuts)
Preparation
    Place sliced apples in the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Mix raisins, water, sweetener and spice together.
    Sprinkle over apples.
    Mix vanilla flavored low calorie beverage, cereal and margarine together.
    Sprinkle over all ingredients in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Can be microwaved on High for 15 minutes.
    Divide evenly.
    Each serving equals 1 fruit, 1/4 milk, 1/4 bread and 1/4 fat.
