Haddock On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    desired amount fresh haddock
    liberal amount margarine
    generous amount dill weed
Preparation
    Place haddock fillet on large sheet of aluminum foil.
    Rub top liberally with margarine.
    Sprinkle on a good amount of dill weed. Wrap and seal well in the foil.
    Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side on hot grill.
    You can substitute swordfish and use mayonnaise instead of margarine.
