Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless chicken
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. margarine
1 (10 oz.) cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Dip chicken in 1/2 cup buttermilk, then roll in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Place chicken in pan and bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 15 minutes.
Blend 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream and soup.
Pour over chicken.
Bake 15 minutes more.
