Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. red beans, soaked overnight
    2 large yellow onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 c. smoked ham
    6 stalks celery, chopped
    4 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 lb. margarine
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    pepper
    2 tsp. Tabasco
Preparation
    Cover first 8 ingredients with water; simmer with lid off for 2 hours.
    Add the margarine, lots of pepper, the Worcestershire and Tabasco; cook another hour.
    Serve with hot, cooked rice. Doubled makes 6 quarts for freezing.
