Kalderetang Kambing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 lb. goat meat (ribs), cut up
    1/3 lb. ginger (1/4-inch), sliced and minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 c. pineapple juice
    4 oz. liver sausage
    1/4 c. dark soy sauce
    juice of half lemon
    3 pieces bay leaves
    3 pieces potato, peeled and cut in wedges
    1 c. green peas
    1 c. garbanzo beans
    1 piece onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 piece red bell pepper, cut in strips
    2 Tbsp. chili paste (Sambal-Bajak)
    1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large pot, put goat meat, ginger and enough water; boil it until tender.
    Discard liquid and ginger and put goat meat aside.
