Low-Fat Vegetable Soup(Quick And Zesty) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (14 1/2 oz. each) cans Italian-style stewed tomatoes
2 (13 3/4 oz. each) cans beef broth (Swanson brand has less than 2 grams of fat per can)
1 large can mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. uncooked No Yolk brand noodles
1 lb. cooked hamburger, drained *
1 medium onion *
Preparation

In a large pot, bring to boil.
Reduce heat.
Add noodles. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes 8 servings, 1 cup each. (Can be cooked in crock-pot on low for 2 to 3 hours.)
Add noodles 30 minutes before serving.
