Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Place peaches on bottom of 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add egg, teasing with fork until mixture is crumbly.
    Spread over peaches.
    Drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
