Whole Wheat Banana Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. softened margarine
    1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/4 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup flour and the next 6 ingredients.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
    Stir in banana and yogurt.
    Add milk; stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; let rest 5 minutes. Knead dough 4 times.
    Add enough of remaining flour to prevent dough from sticking to hands.
    Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Makes 16 biscuits.
