Easy Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake in preheated oven at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or test with a knife when inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
