Pepper Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 dozen green apples
1 dozen red peppers
1 dozen onions
1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
1 1/2 pt. vinegar
salt to taste
Preparation

Chop fine peppers and onions and cover with boiling water. Drain and put in kettle with brown sugar, vinegar and salt to taste.
Boil one hour.
Seal in jars.
