Egg Souffle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 slices bread, buttered
1 pkg. American or Cheddar cheese slices
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
8 eggs
6 c. milk
1 to 2 c. chopped ham
Preparation

Remove crusts from bread.
Butter each slice.
Place 1/2 of bread, butter side down, in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with a layer of cheese.
Mix together onion, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, eggs and milk.
Pour 1/2 on bottom layer.
Sprinkle with meat.
Layer remaining bread on top.
Cover with layer of cheese.
Pour remaining liquid on top.
