Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie crust, bake and cool
    6 to 8 Italian plum tomatoes, peel and slice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Place tomatoes on bottom of pie shell.
    Mix mayonnaise, cheese, chives and basil.
    Place on top of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle top of pie with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
    Pie serves 6.
