Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 - 8 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
    Basil to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
    3 Tbsp. of butter
Preparation
    Place potatoes into a greased 9 x 12 pan.
    Put in butter and sprinkle with basil and garlic powder.
    Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake at 4450 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
