Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine butter, sugar, pineapple, beaten eggs, vinegar and vanilla in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly.
Add coconut and mix well.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell and refrigerate.
