Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal (not mix)
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small can creamed corn
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 eggs
    few shakes garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
