Dilled Pickled Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (4-inch) okra
    4 c. water
    2 c. 5% cider vinegar
    1/2 c. canning salt
    3 tsp. celery seed
    6 cloves garlic
    6 heads dill or 6 Tbsp. dill seed
