Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All, drained
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 can water chestnuts, drained
    1 small onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers, crushed
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
