Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless chuck roast, cubed
    flour
    pepper
    1 sliced onion
    1 jar chunky salsa
    1 can green chili peppers
    1 can refried beans
    oil
    water
Preparation
    Dredge meat chunks in flour seasoned with pepper.
    Heat oil in large pan and brown the meat in batches.
    Return all
    the meat to the pan and add water to cover.
    Put sliced onion on top of meat and simmer until the meat is almost tender.
    Add salsa and green chilies.
    Continue cooking until meat is just tender.
    Add refried beans to thicken chili just before serving.
    Serve with tortillas.
