Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bottle red Russian dressing
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    1 large can pineapple chunks
    1 large can yams or parboiled fresh yams
    chicken breasts, legs or thighs
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    Dip chicken pieces in mixture. Arrange chicken in baking dish.
    Put yams around chicken pieces. Pour remaining mixture over chicken and yams.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
