Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. flank steak (or sirloin tips)
3 to 4 medium green peppers
4 slices fresh ginger
4 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt and sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. soy sauce (dark)
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (light)
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Slice steak thinly.
Combine sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and sherry.
Add meat and marinate approximately 1/2 hour.
Cut peppers in strips.
Combine chicken broth, 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch; set aside.
