Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size pkg. elbow macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 garlic bud, minced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until done; drain.
    Saute margarine, onions and garlic.
    Add flour and salt to make smooth paste.
    Add milk and black pepper; cook until slightly thickened.
    May need to add more milk.
    Add Velveeta and sour cream; stir until melted.
    Mix sauce with macaroni and pour into buttered deep casserole dish.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
