Bing Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can pitted Bing cherries
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry gelatin
    1 (12 oz.) bottle cola
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain fruit, reserving juices.
    Bring juices to a boil in a saucepan.
    Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve well and cool.
    Stir in cola.
    Chill until thickened.
    Fold in cherries, pineapple and pecans.
    Spoon into serving bowl.
    Chill until set.
    Makes 12 servings.
