Fluffy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. hot or cold mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can French fried onions (3 1/2 oz.)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients (except onion rings) in a large bowl.
    Beat at high speed until fluffy.
    Put in a 9-inch square dish. Distribute onion rings over top.
    Bake, uncovered, in a slow oven (300\u00b0) for about 35 minutes.
    Cover with foil if onions start to overbrown.
