Mom'S Refrigerated Graham Cracker Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    31 graham cracker squares
    3/4 c. nutmeats
    24 large marshmallows or 96 miniature marshmallows
    1 pkg. pitted dates
    1 c. coffee cream
Preparation
    Roll graham crackers fine.
    Add marshmallows, dates (cut into thirds) and nutmeats, broken into pieces, not into crumbs.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Mix cream in with all of this. Pack tightly into shape of roll or loaf.
    Take a few extra crackers, crumble with rolling pin and roll loaf in it so as to coat it (like you would flour something).
    Put loaf in wax paper and chill overnight.
    Then slice and serve with whip cream or ice cream on top.
    Serves about 6.
