Pina Colada Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (46 oz.) cans pineapple (unsweetened)
    6 oz. lemon or mixed fruit jello
    1 Tbsp. coconut extract
    5 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in 2 cups of heated pineapple juice.
    Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
    Add remainder of juice. Add coconut extract.
    Chill in freezer.
    Stir occasionally while freezing.
