Ingredients

1/3 c. hot coffee
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
4 eggs, separated
2 Tbsp. crme de cacao
whipped cream
sliced almonds
Preparation

Combine coffee and chocolate morsels in container of blender. Process until smooth. Add egg yolks and crme de cacao. Process 1 minute. Beat egg whites (at room temperature) until stiff peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream and almonds. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
