Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla or 1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Sift sugars together several times.
    Beat into whites.
    Butter a pie plate and dust with flour. Pour egg white mixture into pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool very slowly.
    When ready to serve, top with whipped cream. Sprinkle on grated chocolate and nuts or strawberries or ice cream and sauce.
