Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. sifted flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick & lemon colored.
Stir in milk.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mixing until smooth.
Drop in small amounts (1 Tbsp. for 3 inch cake) into moderate hot buttered griddle.
Spread batter to make thin cakes.
