Hamburg Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 can mushroom soup
    onion to suit
    1 can mushrooms
    1 heaping spoon sour cream
    noodles
Preparation
    Brown hamburg and onion, then add soup and mushrooms; simmer about 5 minutes and put in sour cream.
    Cook noodles; drain and rinse.
    Put noodles on plate and cover with stroganoff (very quick meal).
    This can be doubled for a family.
