Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    salt
    10 oz. Monterey Jack jalapeno cheese, grated
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
