Beef And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. rice
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 medium, chopped onion
2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked beef (may use any beef)
Preparation

Cook rice in hot oil until golden brown.
Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.
Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer (it may be necessary to add more water).
All water should be absorbed at end of cooking time.
If not, remove lid and cook until water evaporates.
