Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, washed and deveined
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. hot cooked rice
    raisins
    shredded coconut
Preparation
    Place shrimp in non-metal container. Combine lemon juice, garlic powder and onion salt. Pour over shrimp. Let stand 10 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion and green pepper; saut. Stir in curry powder. Add water slowly; simmer 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
