Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (29 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mash potatoes; mix well with next 4 ingredients.
Place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Crush Ritz crackers; combine with walnuts and butter or oleo and spread over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
