Spicy Fried Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 lb.) turkey
1 c. Tony Chachere seasoning
1 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. white wine
1/2 c. Bull's hot sauce
1/2 c. seasoning salt
1 c. applesauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except applesauce.
Inject into bird with a cooking syringe.
Let set overnight in refrigerator.
Before cooking, rub applesauce over turkey.
In large fish fryer, heat peanut oil to 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
Drop whole turkey into hot oil.
Cook 3 minutes per pound.
