Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. cream
    2 c. skim milk
    2/3 c. Parmesan
    1/8 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic
    2 c. cooked chicken
    7 oz. cooked spaghetti
    4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    additional 1/3 c. Parmesan
Preparation
    Melt butter over low heat; gradually add flour, stirring continuously.
    Add cream and milk; cook until slightly thickened. Add Parmesan (2/3 cup), salt, pepper, garlic and cooked chicken. Stir in mushrooms.
    Mix in casserole dish with cooked spaghetti (or use mostaccioli noodles).
    Sprinkle top with 1/3 cup Parmesan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
