Apple "John" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. tart apples
    3 c. prepared biscuit dough
    cinnamon or nutmeg
    milk
Preparation
    Peel and core apples.
    Cut into medium chunks.
    Put cut apples in a 4 quart bowl and cover with biscuit dough.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until biscuits are done.
    Serve warm with either or both spices and milk.
