Dutch Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 potatoes in skins
2 1/2 to 3 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. oil
salt
pepper
1/2 c. apple vinegar
1/4 c. cold water
1 medium or large onion
parsley (fresh)
6 to 8 slices bacon, fried
Preparation

Boil potatoes until done; let cool a little, then peel and slice into circles.
Mix vinegar and sugar; stir until mixed well. Add water, onion slices (cut in circles) and fresh parsley (cut up).
Add salt, pepper and oil.
Stir well.
Pour over potatoes and mix.
Top with crumbled bacon.
Let marinate; cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
