Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    2 c. sugar
    4 qt. milk (whole)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Add the sugar. Beat well. Pour in 2 quarts whole milk. Beat again. Put over low heat. Add 2 more quarts of milk. Stir until boils. Boil to just thick. Take off heat and add vanilla. Let cool. Refrigerate. When cold, drink.
