Frankfurter Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. each: finely chopped green pepper and onion
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 2/3 c. undiluted Carnation milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Kraft process American cheese
    3 c. cooked noodles
    1 lb. frankfurters
Preparation
    Combine green pepper, onion, prepared mustard and flour. Simmer Carnation milk and salt in a saucepan over low heat to just below boiling.
    Add cheese.
    Stir over low heat until cheese melts.
